What countries do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country. Once you type in your address during checkout, you'll see a list of shipping rates and options to your specific location.
What is your return Policy?
Gem Trees and Roll for Potions are custom-made per order therefore are non-returnable. If you are unsatisfied with any products, or if anything is broken/damaged upon arrival, please email us and we'll do our best to solve the problem.
Do you accept Custom Orders?
Absolutely! If you have a custom order or any questions regarding the power of any of our crystal trees and their benefits e-mail me at AstraGemsfl@gmail.com
*Please keep in mind custom orders may be subject to higher price points based off of gem availability and product creation timing
When will I receive my order?
Every item at Astra Gems is handcrafted by me with care, creativity, and intention. Because each piece is made by hand rather than mass-produced, every order takes time to create, allowing me to focus on the quality and unique details that make each item special.
Many of my products are made to order, and processing times may take up to 4 weeks or longer, depending on order volume and the complexity of your purchase.
I truly appreciate your patience and support of my small business. Your order isn't just being made—it's being thoughtfully crafted with a little bit of magic just for you.
As far as Shipping:
Domestic shipping within the US takes 1-10 business days depending on the type of shipping purchased. Other factors may increase this time frame such as holidays, closures or other events.
International shipping can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on the type of shipping purchased. Other factors may increase this time frame such as holidays, closures or other events.
*International orders are also subject to customs/duty/import fee's upon arrival to your country. These fee's are the customers responsibility and are different depending on your own countries rules/regulations.
