Step 4: When you place your order, please message me your gem, and base selections!
I will send you photos after I'm finished creating, for your approval. Once you approve, I will send it off!

All orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
Defective items purchased within 1 year with proof of purchase may request a special promo code for 50% off the same item.
If the item you ordered is damaged/faulty or if you received an incorrect item or missing an item, contact us at Astragems.ct@gmail.com
You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.

Many of my products are made to order, and processing times may take up to 4 weeks or longer, depending on order volume and the complexity of your purchase.
